The NJCC's Legislative Committee is very active. Join the committee to help influence policy and programs to support the industry. Coalition building is a lot of work and we welcome your participation.

The committee meets Monthly every 2nd Wednesday of the month from 2:30-3:30 p.m.

Updating state composting permitting requirements to promote the development of compost infrastructure
Encouraging counties to update their solid waste plans to allow organics recycling
