It was a great day of presentations and networking with Organics processors, composters, haulers, regulators, academics, organics waste management professionals, sustainable community organizations, and nonprofits are invited to join the conversation about New Jersey’s organics management practices.

In 2022, NJCC’s Education Committee is offering quarterly calls to encourage networking, provide a platform for composting discussion, and pave the way for additional collaboration: The Compost Café
Our First Compost Café followed our annual member meeting which was a chance to hear from the NJCC Management team and for our members to officially vote on board members. And our second café featured a great discussion on Residential Food Scraps collection/drop off Access.
