Note: Contributions to the New Jersey Composting Council are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution. The New Jersey Composting Council does not solicit or accept funds earmarked for political purpose.

The NJ Composting Council is a non-profit industry group operated in accordance with Section 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The Council and its members from the public and private sectors work together to advance the business of organics recycling and composting within New Jersey through advocacy and education.
